The documents dispatched by the BEC are accompanied by a sending note and are payable with the reception of the invoice.
2.FOREIGN
For forwarding abroad, the prices must be marked up of 10 %.
3.SELLING PRICE
For each standard indexed in the catalogue, the group of price (GP) indicated corresponds to the tariff indicated in "Price".
IMPORTANT REMARK :the prices of the Belgian standards recording CECC (Subclasses 80 and 83) and IN 5XXXX-X publications does not include/understand the price of the CECC publication.

4.HANDING-OVER
General remark: the own publications of the IEC, the CEE (el), CENELEC, the CECC are not subject to any handing-over.
Handing-over on the selling price of the approved Belgian standards and the Belgian draft standards to:
a) Membres of the BEC:
b) Schools, professors, students, pupils
c) Third parties
A reduction of 10 % is granted to any person or to any company who engages to buy at least one specimen of all the new standards which will be published in the future (news editions or reprinting).
d) Vente approximately
e) A handing-over of 40 % is granted to the purchase of a complete collection of the approved Belgian standards relating to electrical engineering and electronics.
5.SELLING PRICE OF THE TECHNICAL NOTES
No reduction is granted.
6.SELLING PRICE OF THE OWN PUBLICATIONS OF THE IEC, THE CEE (el),
CECC AND CENELEC

7.LIBRARY OF THE BEC
Any person who wishes it can consult free, on the spot, during the normal hours of opening of the library of the BEC (from 9h to17h except Friday until 16h), the collection:
of the standards in the field of electrical engineering and electronics;
of the publications of the IEC, CEE (el), CECC and CENELEC;
of the publications relating to the electrical engineering and electronics published by the Committees of Standardization.
